By moving away from the traditional insurance-based model, we eliminate barriers to care, offering our members direct contact, extended appointments, and a focus on proactive wellness. Whether in person or via modern digital access, your health is our primary practice.
Accessible through a transparent monthly fee. While we do not accept insurance for our services, we coordinate closely with your plans for labs, imaging, and specialist prescriptions to ensure a seamless medical journey.
Dr. Warren Austin, MD
 Physician
Dr. Austin’s journey in healthcare began at the University of Virginia, where he earned his undergraduate degree. During his time as a Cavalier, he was a member of the UVA Wrestling team, a period that instilled in him the discipline, resilience, and dedication he brings to his medical practice today.
Dr. Austin went on to earn his Medical Degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1998. Following medical school, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health System.

During his career, Dr. Austin has served as a hospitalist at Sentara Leigh Hospital and as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Medical Affairs at Bon Secours Maryview Hospital.Â

Dr. Austin started concierge medicine to give his patients the time and care that traditional medicine does not allow.Â
​
Dr. Austin has two kids. In his free time, he enjoys time with his family, running, and traveling.Â

Dr. Heather Moseley, MD
Physician
Dr. Heather Moseley is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across all stages of life. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating summa cum laude, from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Brody School of Medicine,
where she developed a strong commitment to community-focused healthcare.
Dr. Moseley completed her residency training at Riverside Family Medicine Residency Program in Newport News, VA. She has been practicing outpatient medicine in the Southside of Hampton Roads for the last 18 years. She is passionate about empowering patients through
education, early intervention, and evidence-based treatment strategies that promote long-term wellness. She has a special interest in preventative care, chronic disease management, and women’s health.
In her free time, Dr. Moseley enjoys spending quality time in nature with her husband and son. She loves gardening, relaxing at the beach, boating and traveling to explore new places and cultures.

Holly Bailey has been a valued medical assistant at Premier Internal Medicine for over 10 years. Based in Chesapeake, she is know for her professionalism, attention to detain and genuine care for every patient she assists.Â
