What is concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine is a personalized healthcare model where your doctor limits their patient volume to ensure you receive dedicated time, direct access, and highly tailored care plans.

Do our doctors accept insurance?

No, our doctors do not  bill insurance for clinical services. The membership fee covers the enhanced access and personalized services that fall outside of traditional insurance-based care.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for my membership fee? 

Many patients use their Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts for membership fees. Our team can help confirm eligibility with your plan administrator. 

Can I still see my current specialists?

Absolutely. Our doctors will work as your primary health advocates, coordinating closely with your existing specialists to ensure your medical history and care plans are seamlessly integrated.

Is there a long-term commitment for membership?

Membership is designed for a long-term health partnership, but we offer flexible terms. You can discuss the best option for your needs directly with our doctors during your first visit.

Do our doctors offer virtual consultations?

Yes, our doctors provide remote services for many concerns, allowing you to access quality care from the comfort and privacy of your home or office.

How do I reach our doctors after hours?

Members receive direct contact information to reach our doctors for urgent medical concerns that arise outside of standard clinic hours, including weekends.

Do I need Insurance?

Access is covered by your monthly premium. You do not need insurance to see providers at this practice. However, insurance will help cover adjacent medical costs such as labs, tests, scans, specialty providers and prescriptions. 

What is included in the monthly membership fee?

The fee covers unlimited direct access to our doctors, extended visits, same-day scheduling, and a level of care coordination that ensures your health is always the priority.

What happens if I am admitted to the hospital?

If you require hospitalization, our doctors will electronically monitor your progress  and coordinate your  your transition back to personalized outpatient care.

Are there same-day appointments?

Yes. By maintaining a smaller patient base, our doctors reserve ample time in their schedules to accommodate urgent same-day or next-day requests for care.
